Best Disney Hotel I didn’t like that the parking wasn’t free with your stay... It was so close to the park it took us a minute or two to walk over to the entrance sign. It was right next to Denny’s, Ihop and McDonalds. The pool was so fun and the hot tub was nice after a long day at the park. Best of all we stayed on the third floor and could see the park from our room window.
For the price we shouldn’t have to pay for parking! Parking should be included with the room!

Disneyland trip AC was loud but cool. Room seemed clean except the shower head water pressure was un-adjustable in this room and the tubcdidnt drain well , making the tub seem dirty initially I guess had film in it. Beds comfy and clean. Suggestion to provider more trash cans and bags. Close to Disney clean room. Restaurants food is very small portions may need to step it up to the atmosphere they are trying to push.
Friendly staff, great location, but not for those with a bad back The beds sucked. To the point where I didn't sleep. My husband and I ended up having to sleep in separate beds because I tossed and turned each night, and neither of us still slept. This was my biggest concern prior to booking and unfortunately, would make me not stay here again, in spite of how amazing the staff was and how close it is to Disneyland. Only for sleeping. Due to Covid it was not cleaned during our visit. Walking distance to Disney. Kiddy area in the pool.
Very Good Booked this location for one night so that we could get up, walk into Disneyland and have the whole day. Then I found out that they expected cars to be moved by 4:00 pm. The park didn't close until 7:00 pm. I had to get permission but could only do that one day in advance and then pay extra to leave the car parked until Disneyland closed. Paying extra wasn't a problem, but not knowing if I would be able to leave the car parked until the last minute was. I think their information should be more upfront about this wh... read more
