The location is nice, it’s perfect when you’re going to Disneyland. There’s only one elevator working in our area. Since we came from asia, went to Vancouver its winter there, down to Anaheim, we have big heavy luggages. Next was the heater, we couldn’t open the heater bec it emits bad odor. The location was the best! Just 10 minute walk to Disneyland and the restaurants around were good! The room we got was newly renovated. They do have a coin laundry and dryer. The room was spacious for family of 4.
Location great, otherwise everything else was a fail. Front desk staff when we checked in, she was rude and had attitude. Also noticed a rash while staying here when returned home, found the rash to be from bed bugs!!!! The location

Buena Qué días antes conversé que necesitaba llegar antes y dejar el vehículo y me cobraron 20 dólares por el vehículo Osea pagué el estacionamiento y el día que salía solicité dejar el vehículo más tarde y me indicaron que no se podía cuando por teléfono me dijeron que si, y aparte de eso me cobraban 30 dólares! Muy mal por parte del hotel y del servicio Habitación

Good So noisy! Walls are very thin, wasn’t able to get a good nights rest without being woken up at 6am every morning during our stay. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable
Fair The room was not cheap at all then I had to pay $20 per night for a dinky parking space! What do they think that we just walked all the way to Anaheim?? This put a bad taste in my mouth. The elevator went out and we were on the fourth floor. The staff at the front desk stated they would help us to bring down our luggage to our car due the the elevator issue but the next morning acted like they didn't have a clue about that!!!
