Good Depending on other guests, it's pretty loud. When wheeled suitcases are rolled by your room it sounds like a plane is landing nearby. The location is awesome, as well as the pool area.

Bad Immediately staff were unwelcoming during check in and in all occasions, going into the lobby for towels (which we called for three times) took two days to get, to then getting our keys for our rental scooter pick up even at check out. It gave motel vibes nothing special, rooms smelt kinda of bad had to spray air freshener. We’ll be staying back at best western next door. I had high hopes and really wanted to like this hotel. Great location, comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower. Overall decent hotel for Disney trip Room was a bit small. We could hear the children in the next room laughing and screaming and crying each night and morning. We heard lots of running and stomping above us as we were on the bottom floor. Parking should be included in the room rate or free, not an additional charge. Great location! Fabulous water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfy.

Glad to find a place to stay. The room really smelled damp. The hotel was directly across from Disneyland.

Good Lack of parking, poor communication with parking staff. There was an event and parking and coming in was a hassle. Also elevator broke down that night and was not fixed the next day either. Close to Disneyland. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable

Okay. Nothing exciting about the room. In fact, it felt cheap. Cheap toiletries, cheap everything. Location is amazing. Staff are super friendly

Affordable option for Disneyland, knowing you won't be in your room much. Some of the staff couldn't be bothered to be friendly. Walls are so thin you can hear way too much from your neighbors. Great location for Disneyland. Comfortable bed. Good price. Nice to have both a fridge and a microwave in the room.

No breakfast despite being advertise!! Basic but super close to Disneyland. Room wasn’t cleaned first 2 nights, had to request this the 3rd day!! Pretty basic and crazy expensive for what it is but I guess they are cashing in on being nearby. Booking.com says breakfast is supplied and this absolutely was not the case, said that hasn’t happened for years!! Disappointing given this was one of the reasons we booked this over nearby hotels.
