Good The rooms weren't what we expected. The pool is definitely NOT heated! The location to the park and restaurants.

Although the room was older looking than expected, very comfortable bed and quite. The room looked a lot older than in photo's and the air con was pretty loud when on fantastic location, staff fantastic

The location to the park is great but we had a sleepless night because of the room position. We had received a phone call the day of our stay to say we had been “upgraded” for free which we were obviously delighted by. But when we got to the property we discovered that we had been put on the ground floor at the front entrance to the complex. It was very loud all night and felt like much less of an upgrade. Convenient to Disneyland. Bed was hard, bathroom sink backed up; room was really dark; you could hear everything outside (not well insulated?); housekeeping started at 7am very loud; property was dark; front desk staff were not friendly; bathroom walls were stained It was close to Disneyland and the start line of the RunDisney 10k.

Fair
Comfortable enough but I find it hard to recommend this hotel. We had a ground level room, which was extremely noisy. On our first morning a truck was unloaded six feet from the door to our room. OK it was 9am but we were jet lagged after a long flight. The hotel did not serve breakfast and the bar wasn’t available because the hotel was hosting a convention. Excellent location, room was clean and quite comfortable.
