Will choose a different hotel next time All of the elevators in our wing were broken. It greatly increased the amount of walking with three small children. The water in the room wouldn’t drain, the keycards did not work multiple times, the rooms were older, dark and not kept up to date. We have stayed at many Disneyland hotels and this was my least favorite. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful. Excellent service.

Disappointing Beds were old and uncomfortable, noisy environment. Bathroom doors were hard to open and noisy. Staff seemed ho hum about our concerns when raised. This included when they were told that vending machines were not working. Coffee maker did not work well. Location was great.

Expensive for what you get, disappointing extra fees Parking costed $20 a day. When I booked the accommodation there was no mention of a parking fee. Very disappointing and won’t recommend in future. Enough parking, when I booked parking was supposed to be free of charge.
Pleasant The rooms didn’t have a lot of room and you could hear everything as the walls are thin. Location
Not a good nights sleep The bed was horrible. My husband and I got about 4 hours sleep each night because of how hard the bed was and the loudness of the heater. It turned off and on every 15 min. It was so loud everytime it turned on that it would wake us up. We ended up turning it off completely but then woke up because we were freezing. Was just a really rough couple nights and unfortunately will have to choose another hotel when visiting disneyland. Location was great
