0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend The staff was rude. Was told at check in that they don’t clean the rooms unless asked. Then proceeded to tell me that unless I put the occupied door hanger on the outside of my door that the cleaning staff sometimes likes to go in the rooms and look around. It made no sense and made me very uncomfortable. It was me and my young daughter visiting. Location was good, pool was great. The room was tiny, felt dirty and smelled like mildew. The room was tiny and smelled like mildew. Pool area was great.

Fair The room was smaller than anticipated. It looked a lot larger on the website. We were given a room that was occupied and had to go back to the front desk after climbing two flights of stairs. The elevator was down closet to what we thought was our room. We were checked in after 4 pm. Also the sink had a sewage odor again. It was noisy this time especially after 11 pm. The location

Good. Room was on 2nd floor which did not have a lift. After travelling for a month, and then to lug our luggage up the stairs was not what we wanted. Then rubbish trucks collecting outside at 5am was really not helpful. Close to Disneyland and a few restaurants was great.
