Disappointing
Great place, sucks to pay to park after paying for the room. Lighting in the room not great, ac only ran on high ONLY, nothing for breakfast and lastly, pay for the room, get no breakfast and still overcharge asking for parking? Not good Greato location, great staff

Great location, but that’s it No safe in room. Accessible (handicap) room, door to restroom was a sliding wooden door that was broken and hard to open and close, had to lift and shove (nightmare door). Shower area had poorly dim light. Broken shower head, second attached shower head was full of build up. Leaking sink faucet Staff not really friendly or helpful. Location close to amusement park

Pleasant How loud our neighbors were. After 2 noise complaints. They continued all night. We checked out around 5:30 am instead of regular check out at noon because we couldnt take it anymore. We drove all the way back home running on minimal sleep Nuce

Great location For the price we’re paying for the room, we shouldn’t have to pay for parking. Parking stalls are small cars are on top of each other. Carpets in the rooms can be cleaned every once in awhile. Walking on the carpet with out shoes felt sticky. House keeping shouldn’t be knocking on our doors all the time unless we ask for services. Love the location.

Bueno relación precio calidad Lo único que diría es que se escucha lo de alado las pláticas y también por fuera en el pasillo se escucha el ruido de las maletas pero en general bien si solo vas a dormir Excelente ubicación para Disney si vas a los parques literalmente está enfrente del hotel nuestro cuarto estaba limpio

Not what I expected Given a room in an undesirable location. Uncomfortable bed. Restaurant and bar was closed to guests for private events. Clean room. Very roomy. Location close to Disneyland.
