Nice, But... The bathrooms are small with no counter or shelf space to set anything. We had adjoining rooms one was clean. The other smelled damp, musty and moldy. And the carpet turned our feet black. They don't do daily housekeeping/room refresh and the first time we requested clean towels they weren't provided. Had to request again. Property and staff lack attention to detail and basic customer service skills. No coming back No house keeping services unless requested. Requested daily service and didn’t consistently get it. Laundry self service is coin operated (way out of date) Laundry room has set hours and you can lock yourself out if you are doing laundry late. Vending machines don’t work. Takes your money and doesn’t give your product. Staff just says to call the 800 number…no help at all.
Not what I was expecting to be across the street from Disneyland Very expensive Paying for the convenient of it being close to Disneyland! Rooms were really small not a lot of bathroom counter in the restroom to have all bathroom essentials, and curl iron plugged in plug is on side of the toilet so u have to place on the back of the toilet, which can fall into the toilet such a safety hazard Very close to walk to Disneyland
Not up to standard The room was outdated. There were no USB outlets. The towels were rough. The house keeping service was poor. The room was very small. The property was in a good location. The swimming pool was nice.

Fair A few staff members at the front desk were rude. The room next to us was being worked on by maintenance for hours. There was banging and drilling but no courtesy notice from the property that maintenance would be done. The ventilation in the room was terrible. The towels never really dried out from being used and the floor often felt wet. Location was a great distance to be able to walk to the parks. The room and the property was clean.
Fair Room is dark. Noisiest room is have ever stayed in the 58 yrs of going to Disney. The sinks smell gross they need the overflows cleaned with bleach. It was good distance to disneyland and clean.

Deplorable Nos cobraron depósito por posibles daños al hotel, nunca en mi vida me habían cobrado eso en un hotel, eran 50 dólares, pero además, nos cobraron 23 dólares por día por estacionamiento, cosa que no venía en la publicidad. Para colmo, no servía la terminal, y nos querían cobrar 200 en efectivo, en lugar de 50 con tarjeta de crédito.
