Kristopher was very friendly, knowledgeable, caring and respectful from start to finish. I gave him a hard time about some of the recommended services but he maintained his professionalism. He gave me excellent advice on how to move forward and worked with me to resolve one of the major issues which concerned my battery. I am very pleased with his overall performance and attitude.
