David Foster was very rude to both my wife and myself. At one point he asked me if I understood math. I have a finance degree and teach math. We received an agreed upon trade in amount for our vehicle and drove 5 hours to have that number changed to $2000 dollars less. I was told that Blane the sales manager wasn’t authorized to make that deal. They gave me my favorite line of “you just want to much from us and that they are losing money on this deal as it sits. They refuse to fix our cracked windshield that was was covered by a sticker when they sold us the vehicle. It’s been more than 3 months and no plates.

I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Grapevine Ford EVER!!! Worst experience I have ever had. Extremely dishonest people and lie to your face. Financing was done NOT how the customer wanted but done their way anyway, very shady! When leaving messages for call backs for higher ups, NOONE calls back. But oh, the director of finance finally calls back and is extremely RUDE and doesn’t care about the customers experience in the least!! Only cares about the money. I had service done Monday on my vehicle and noticed the fender scratched. The pictures I have show the top edge of the fender is scratched and not the hood as it was up during service. I emailed you no response called Wednesday and Thursday still no response. I can send pictures to show this and prove it. This is the worst customer service ever again. I gave you a second chance after the first problem I have and now this. People need to speak up when they cause damage to a customers vehicle.

Managers need to listen to customers, I wanted to pay cash but the manager wanted it on credit. After the purchase I found 4 hard checks on my credit report. I plan on paying this loan off quickly. But, my credit report will suffer for several years.

So, I just recieved 7 missed calls, and the 8th one I answered but noone spoke. Went in for a test drive, told salesman, Marcus, to find me something a little less expensive.....I followed up 2 days later only to be told they had none. Wait...why am I the one following up? So I try to negotiate the price of the truck I test drove, didnt like the price, still kinda p/o'd I'm doing their job following up. Havent been back since, but I do get tons of calls! About 6-8 a day!!! Wtf? Move on GVford....y'all screwed up, trained... read more

Love the truck. Dealership seems a little to busy to do anything but Sell a vehicle and nothing else. But the dealership worked with us fixing a misunderstanding and making it right which we appreciate. Sales person Gavin who we worked with was great and very friendly. Update: Dealership DID NOT follow through on making anything right. The previous Sales manager (James) stepped down if that tells you anything about that dealership! And now the new Sales manager (Blaine) will NOT follow through with fixing the issue at hand.... read more

Worst experience ever!!!! The car buying process went very smooth but afterwards they did not follow through with the other things I was promised. They didn’t give me the extra key when I took the car home and told me they would mail it. I waited 5 months before I finally got it. And the only reason I got it It’s because I called over and over and over again every single week bugging them until they finally sent me the key.
