Terrible service. Lie to customers about parts store being closed on Saturdays. Don’t bother to help you. Will never go back here. Stop sending me mail.
The service department has been a joke since I bought the vehicle 2 years ago. This most recent time I have an electrical issue and at one point they had my vehicle for month and a half and didn't fix anything. I have left several voicemails with one of the managers in the service department and phone call back, they can't get me in due to the fact they dont have a loaner vehicle big enough for my family I have an Explorer for a reason. Terrrible communication with the service advisors
Added extended warranty into a car purchase when I told them I was not going to buy one.
I had an appointment for a simple oil change for 1 Pm.Ihad to wait for 1and 1 and half hours to get it started.I will no longer use your facilities thank you
I have bought many vehicles from grapevine ford in the past. But will never step foot on the lot again. I went there expecting to be treated with respect and by a vehicle. The sales guy was nice and all went well until the “finance guy” showed up. He was the most rude, arrogant, snotty person I have ever met. And if this dealership is going to employ people like that, then I will not be back
Have people in the service department and those who make appointments, that have a clue on time estimates and actually listen to customer concerns. I expressed concern about possible high oil consumption and the service representative first ignored my concern then was totally clueless about what I was asking about. The waiting area for kids is horrible, noone could even get the TV to work. I wasn’t satisfied with my service at this place at all. My past two experiences with Ford Grapevine service wasn’t pleasant. When I dropped off my Mustang back in March for a cabin filter and oil change, they said it was replaced and I was charged for this. For months I was suffering from bad allergies and even went to an allergen specialist because it was effecting my health.
