Terrible place. Terrible service. This is going to be long but might be worth the read for those of you looking to buy a car from here. My husband recently bought a truck from this place. Warning!!!! This is the worst place to ever purchase a new or used vehicle. They sold me a used 2015 F-150 with hail damage to the roof. I would have never of found the hail damage if I did not do a detailed inspection on the truck. Grapevine Ford agreed to fix the damages on Feb. 26. Today is March 15th and I am still waiting on my truck to be repaired. The salesmen and managers are only concerned about their commission, not customer service. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had drove two hours to trade my Truck Emanuel by far was the worst salesman I have ever dealt with as carver who I was deal with via text and email knew we were coming and never once came and introduced himself. I called a few days ago and made an appointment for my car’s first oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 8:12am for my 8:30am appointment. I was told by the service department that it would be “AT LEAST a two hour wait”. WTF did they schedule an appointment for me then?!?!?
ANGRY - BEYOND BELIEF Our new truck just had the transmission go out. It's a 2016 Ford F150 Lariat with 8400 miles. Ford towed it to Grapevine Ford in which it has just sat. Yesterday my service advisor ALEX SEAL told me that I was number 8 in line for the transmission shop. Horrible customer service really out to just make sales.
I was excited at the possibility of owning my first Ford truck. What started out as a pleasant experience with Tyler and Joshua ended when I met the sales manager named Jerry. He had such a pompous attitude that turned this experience into a nightmare. I didn't have a problem with my offer being declined as I knew that was part of the business. Bad experience...was told I had an approval and to hurry up and get their..upon arrival,and three hours of setting...no approval and everything changed...
See my post. Never use again. Service department must operate on commission because try to add and sell unneeded items and service.
