Service dept is terrible!!! My son tried to get his transmission fixed, was given the runaround for over a week, had to take it to another dealership! Ridiculous 😡

I was very dissatisfied with my most recent service at Grapevine Lincoln for regular service. My car was there for 9 days. The regular service and everything was completed on the first day. They needed to have the electrical checked out because wiper fluid refill was not registering. It sat there for 7 or 8 days to get it in and was done in half a day. Which was ridiculous. Then my car was dropped back off with 9 miles left in my tank. I had just over 100 miles when they picked it up. So not sure how that many miles were u... read more

Bought a used 2015 C-max not even a week ago and everything went well until we got to the finance guy. He tried to sell us an extended warranty and I said no. He asked why and I told him we don't need it and nothing is ever covered under it. I assumed this car had some warranty and asked him if the transmission falls out on the way home or the hybrid battery goes bad it's not covered at all right now? He said no. I am so sad to say we bought a brand new Ford Explorer sport last March 217 from grapevine ford. The day after we bought the car, it rained and when I got back to my car after work, everything inside was soaked! There must have been a hole in the top somewhere. When we called the dealership they apologized and gave us a totally different car. We had to go back, re-sign all the paperwork, and they gave us a visa gift card for $100 for our time. I emailed about one Explorer two months ago, and now I'm receiving constant emails and phone calls asking if I want to buy a car from them. I've returned several emails and phone calls explaining that I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, but the calls and emails keep coming on a daily basis.

My truck was in for service....Grapevine Ford Service has miss diagnosed problems, there were parts stolen from my truck and the brake service not performed correctly. I was without my vehicle for 15 days, paid over $1400 for service and now I have to take it back to get their work corrected. The management has made no apologies.

Went to grapevine ford today for my mother in law got a new Ford Explorer. James Ashley was outstanding explained everything about the car to my mother in law. One thing I was not happy with was the finance guy that we went through he got mad when we asked questions about the warranty and miss understood what I said and was very unperfestional. They had great prices I just hope they talk with the finance guy.
