Just wanted to say what a great experience I had with Mikey Stubbs. Called him this morning about a vehicle this morning. The man took care of everything I needed. Had came in for a test drive. He sent me a message that the paperwork was ready. Was in and out of finance in 30 minutes. If you know what your want and need a guy to make it happen. Mikey is that guy. Was working with over a half dozen guys. Mikey is the first one in months to follow through on commitments. Great Job Mikey and Grapevine Ford!

I've been doing business with Sam Pack Ford for 20 years and I stopped in to Grapevine Ford to check the price of a Ford F150 platinum they were quoting me. Let's just say I ended up buying my new Ford F150 platinum from Grapevine Ford and I've never looked back. I couldn't Believe how much less they were than Sam Pack on the same vehicle. Between the price on the truck, the interest with Ford motor credit, and the price of the extended 100K warrantee they were $9000 less expensive. We almost bought a Ford Expedition and at the last minute my wife backed out because it did not have a moon roof. We originally thought it did before we went into the dealership. We dealt with Curt Thomas the whole way through and honestly he was amazing. I felt so bad that we did not buy the Expedition. They did everything they could to find us an Expedition that would work for us, but none were a perfect fit so we moved on. PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE!! Absolutely Abysmal Service - Stay Far Away from 5 Star Ford Grapevine If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department at Ford in Grapevine is an absolute disgrace. Our vehicle has been sitting there for four days with zero communication from anyone. No updates, no courtesy calls -- nothing.
