Learned a valuable lesson after buying a used 2020 Ford F150 at Grapevine Ford. Before you sign a deal for a used Ford, make sure they provide you with the 'admin' key. Otherwise, the key they give you may have 'MyKey' restrictions on it that control speed, the radio volume, etc. This is designed for restrictions for teen drivers. My truck had a MyKey enabled but I can't clear it without an admin key. They want $400 - $500 to create an admin key and won't cover the cost. I scheduled a service appointment for my vehicle that I have a service plan through Ford corporate for. When I came in the technician that I scheduled the service through told me that the bill would be $300 and then I told him that I had a service plan his entire demeanor changed and he outright refused to do several services, including change the wiper blades and perform a air filter change for the engine and cabin, even though it is covered under the service plan in both are in need of replacement. Went to buy a king ranch F150 at Grapevine Ford trading in a Mercedes. Experience at the Mercedes dealership has always been A+ over at Avodale (formally Park Place) but now need a truck as my needs have changed. Went in the Grapevine Ford a few times to narrow down what I wanted and get my trade-in valued. My first warning should have been when they would not give me the trade-in value over the phone or until we were at the final stages. Grapevine Ford...Horrific! Okay, I'm writing this review with hopes of saving someone the trouble that will plague you for years to come. I bought a used 2020 Ford F150 with 1,800 miles...the truck was blue Ford certified from Grapevine Ford. After signing the papers and driving home, the service engine light came on my truck (that I just bought) and I took it back to the dealership and was told it had something to do with the gas cap. Horrible experience with Grapevine Ford Problem #1 Bought brand new F150. Carpet was not properly finished, curled up at rough edges under the gas peddle and brake. Not correctly installed and finished. Service department provided a loaner truck and kept my truck one week to fix the issue. This required me to unload and load into the loaner vehicle all my work tools and a hundred samples, which is a huge hassle. Bought a brand new truck from dealership. Still under warranty but it's been 3 months and can not get them to fix problems. No one will return calls or talk to me about fixing issues. Drove into the dealership service department, and they told me to fix it myself because there was no solution. Brand new 85k raptor and I'm being told to fix it myself. Joke

Changing my original response from 5 stars to 2. I like the truck but hate the service I'm receiving after the sale. The reason was Grapevine Ford dropped the ball on warranty work that was needed on a truck that I hadn't even driven off the lot. I found a couple of issues with a truck I purchased upon delivery and notified the salesman before I drove off the lot. The salesman failed to note my account and has since left, so I was told. DON'T WALK BUT RUN FRIM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Bought an Explorer from them. Got a recall notice a year ago about an axel bolt (or something similar) BUT they didn't have parts so they'd let us know. Finally Ford says they have the parts, make an appointment. Took TWO months to get an appointment. Turned the car in last week. If I was able to give this business negative stars I would. This business not only didn't answer their phones, return messages, or respond in any intelligible manner but they also lost our vehicle. We had to physically go back to the service center twice to help them locate our car on their lot and try to find out why, after almost three weeks, they had not even looked at the vehicle to figure out what was wrong with it.
