This is the second experience with Grapevine Ford, and somehow they seem to have gotten worse. Now I no longer think this was a sales person or a manager problem, this level of scamminess is either overlooked by the management purposely or encourged. So visited Saturday, to look at a Mustang which was listed for 33k, their initial offer came in at ~43 OTD. Tried to buy a new lariat truck. They listed a discount online of $12,000. What they didn't advertise was that they added $3000 to the MSRP and $10,000 in required dealer fees so they were really trying to sell the truck above MSRP. They must be making a living off customers that don't read or don't have the knowledge necessary to understand the scam these guys are running.

Had a poor experience with the used car sales team this weekend. I had an appt to come see a car to test drive it and confirmed my appointment before arriving and the car was sold when I arrived. Also the guy that was helping me passed me off to someone else before I got there and he had no idea I was coming for a test drive. (apparently he was just an appointment setter and not a salesperson). I tried to get the used car sales manager on the phone and he wouldn't call me back. Took my business elsewhere...thier loss.

Woah! Was going to schedule a service on my Expedition and also look at a new Expedition. But, the reviews were very credible and very negative. My experience with dealerships, owned by big corporate entities, during my 55 years of owning many vehicles is consistent with the reviews. We will look elsewhere.

After agreeing on terms and price, we went to the finance department to sign the papers. I EMPHATICALLY told them I did NOT want the extra warranty. The finance guy said "hold on, let me try something, maybe reduce the cost" I again told him I did NOT the warranty at any cost. He left the room and came back almost 40 minutes later, said ok, sign here. We rushed through the electronic signatures and were told they would email us our copies of the paperwork. Horrible customer service. A salesmen became hostile when we just wanted pre-approved negotiated terms to be upheld. That same salesmen would become derogatory and openly disrespectful towards a female customer when other males weren't around.

Horrible place to buy a car they sold me a car that was totaled they said they inspect the vehicle and it was fine after I took it to a certified body shop told me it had been totaled went to take it back an I told the sales manager about those before I bought it he said it would be no problem to take it back if there was a problem when I took it back they ran me out of the building and the finance end up lying on the paper work and told me he only ran 2 creditors actually ran 10 times. point of all this is there is absolut... read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS FORD. The worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Save your time and go to literally any other Ford. We ended up buying from Town East Ford, where anyone reading this should consider going as well. We were in contact with a salesperson Levi who made and confirmed an appt with us days in advance and everyday up until the morning of said appointment (In which he gave us the ok to come). Honest, integrity and ethics. Words you will never hear at Grapevine Ford. Their motto is "bait and switch". Went there on Feb 10 with the intent on buying one of their advertised vehicles. Wasted my time. Said the new vehicle I wanted to purchase was in the body shop getting repaired but offered me an identical vehicle for $3,300 more. Do not trust this dealership.
