FYI - Jeff Rachor is President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Automotive Inc in Irving, Texas. They own this dealership. WORST 'personal' experience at Grapevine Ford with Brent Weddle!!! BRENT WAS VERY CONDESCENDING TO MY WIFE!!!!! They will make EVERY dumb excuse of "why we can't" fix or do something for our customer. I've called three times trying to get Zapotec done. Leave a messages because they can't get a service advisor. No one will call me. This service center is a joke. I asked to speak to manager and wants to take a message again. What a joke never buy a car again from Grapevine Ford. Looks like I'll head to Toyota for a car next time.

They completely blew me off. Told me my car was too messed up to repair. What?! Not to mention the told me it would be 7-10 days before they'd even look at it and that alone would cost $200. Yeah no. Don't do business here.

The worst dealership! had my car for 12 days, no communication. I had to call to get information. After 12 days only did part of the repairs. Service was always bad. I bought 2 trucks and had all my service done there over 10+ years. NO MORE. They have lost my business. Go to 5 Star Ford NRH.

I showed up for my appointment on June 11 and was turned away and told they were too busy. Why did no one call me to tell me before I arrived? I was told to come back June 22 and Ford had a randsome attack so they could not accept my car. Again why did no one tell me? So I was waiting for another update but no one called me once that was over. So I called and was finally able to bring my car in on a Saturday and was told me car would be done on Friday. Went into the dealership as our Ford Expedition lease was ending, this would have been our 35d lease/purchase. We gave the specific parameters were looking for in the vehicle and they located one, we agreed upon a price, payment, and the features in the vehicle. We were there with our 8 month old and were ready to sign the deal. VERY UNHAPPY!! They deserve no stars! Shop elsewhere! Do not make the same mistake we did. This dealer sold us a car they DID NOT have the title to. It's been almost 4 months and we can't get a license plate for the car because of it! Please tell me how they can sell a car without access to the title!? They DO NOT care about the customer, just the sale. I regret doing any business with Grapevine Ford in Grapevine, Tx. My husband and I couldn't be more unhappy and angry at this place.

We bought a new 2022 Ford F-250 Platinum from this dealer and they charged us $550 for the extra key fob. They delivered the truck to our home in Longview, Tx without the key and said it was back ordered. We asked for the key numerous times but they never sent it to us. We bought a new Ford f-450 Platinum today (from another dealer of course) and it came with both keys at no extra charge. My son and I live in Missouri and found a Mustang GT premium exactly what we wanted at Grapevine Ford so we purchased 2 airline tickets flew up there and drove the car back to Missouri when I asked the sales Rep on the phone and when we got there if everything was OK with the car and if it went through their detailed inspection he assured me it was.
