If I could give them zero I would. The customer service side is the worst. I've taken my car in for multiple recalls, broken windshield defrosters (twice), and a broken piece off the back seat. Everytime I go I am never asked if I need help getting out multiple car seats or help with anything. This last time they had my car for over 1.5 weeks and when I went to pick it up I realized they did NOTHING on the car and was told everything is on back order with no ETA. I regret switching from Chevy to Ford.

Grapevine Ford is the worst dealership ever!! I will never purchase a vehicle from them!! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from an honest person then you might want to go somewhere else!! I spoke to three different managers and found out very quickly that they have absolutely no integrity!! Drove 5hrs one way to only find out that they mislead us on the price and then tried to get us to sign up with Ford Credit for a very high interest rate.. We recently purchased used Bronco from Grapevine Ford and have regretted it ever since. Admittedly they got the best of us. The young man (Sergio) who was our salesman was nice, polite, and fairly knowledgeable. It was when we were handed off for the negotiating process that it became excruciating. Ordered a Folding Bedcover from Fordparts online and had it shipped to Grapevine Ford. I had to call them up to find that it had been delivered, and picked it up Thursday (week and a half from order date). I thought it was odd that the box did not have the normal straps holding the lid on the box from it being shipped. I had to hold the box closed just to drag it out to my truck. Service: I had my ac fixed there this week. They didn't set expectations that they were backed up on ac for two weeks. My first update was a week in after and I had to call. The real issue was that I never could get an update. They send the calls to a call center and take a message for the service advisor who never calls back. Don't waste your time here! I went to test drive a "new" truck. Opened the door and was disappointed that it had over 2500 miles on it and it was filthy on the interior, there was actually a French fry on the floor and dirty napkins in the glove box. Salesman stated all of their vehicles are used as loaners and have mileage and they sell them as new vehicles. I purchased my 2020 Lincoln MKZ Reserve AWD from them about 4-5 months ago. This review is not about the purchasing experience - it stresses me out too much to think about it again. While my salesperson was wonderful (Sube), the finance guys were absolutely horrible. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing $8500 worth of warranties I didn't need. My main complaint with them is the total lack of communication and care when it comes to my vehicle and me as a customer. On top of that, I've been dealing with several different people and it seems that no one at the service center is even communicating with each other. I've tried multiple phone lines within the Ford service center and most of the time my calls seem to be outsourced "off site" where they say they will pass along the message but no one calls me back. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN STILL OPEN! We have had the WORST experience buying a car from this place and trying to get service that we payed for! Our car was sold to us with a sawed of exhaust and over time our back bumper melted off! We payed for bumper to bumper warranty and this should be covered!
