Stay away from Grapevine Ford quick lane service. made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. waited over three hours to complete. They did not rotate tires, installed air filter incorrectly, and added something called Zac oil additive for $29.95. This is a new vehicle with only 15k miles. The additive was not something we ever discussed and I don't know how they think they can just add additional items and cost with out approval. They didn't even reset the computer on the oil usage. The salesman yelled at me and my family when we were negotiating prices and he was extremely condescending when we mentioned the poor quality of the car they were over pricing.

2 month wait time just to get a key code for a new bronco. Ridiculous. Staff was not friendly either.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, expecting to pick it up today. The salesperson was going to be off the next day so he asked us to complete the paperwork and come back today to pick up the car. We got an email letting us know that they sold the car to someone else. They tried to make it sound like it was an error, but the keys were on the Sales Manager's desk and he knew the vehicle was already sold. The dealership cannot be trusted. It's a sorry way to treat your customers.

Great deal on a new Truck but follow up is lacking! I sent several other people over to look at new trucks and the standard is if someone buys then you get a $100 (bird-dog fee). One of my referrals did buy. I have never seen the $100. I talked to several people over there that said they would take care of it but so far.... nothing. It's been at least three months. Showed interest in a vehicle they have online and have been blown up by them daily ever since. I'm not saying a call here and there... I mean four to eight back to back calls! They blow my phone up and for this reason I will look elsewhere.

The absolute worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Save your time, money, energy and use literally any other ford dealership out there. Employees lie just to make a sale. Read ALL fine print and don't trust anyone here. Service department does not honor what sales people say they will do. Warranties are very 'shady'. There are never loaner vehicles available(even if u book months in advance). Wait times for anything are ridiculously long. Even a simple oil change- I cannot get in for over 5 weeks. I wish I could rate the Grapevine Ford service department a zero! If you read the Grapevine Ford reviews on the major review websites, it is strikingly apparent that their primary focus is on the sale. Except for the flim-flam Finance Department, they seem to do a fairly decent job at selling vehicles.
