Took my mustang in for some repair. When I got it back the first time my shift knob was crooked and loose so I had them take it back and they fixed it. I'll come back to this. I get my car back and leave and it instantly misfires. I get told it's one of two things and "there's no way for us to know exactly which issue it is" so they threw a set of spark plugs in it at my expense and it was still misfiring. If I could give this service department zero stars, I would. I've never been treated so cavalierly by any Ford dealership, ever! I took my Escape in for a recall fix yesterday morning at 9:00 a.m. and was told there was a second recall, as well, and would I like to have that fixed, too, so I figured why not? Grapevine Ford is a joke. I bought a transit from them last December with a LowJack theft system and 3 year subscription plus an extra set of keys that they were going to mail to us. The LowJack system was never installed on the van like they said it was and what I paid for plus we never got the second set of keys that we paid for. I cannot recommend them by any means. First, the place is dumpy. Overcrowded lanes on the lot foretell a story of what is to come as you enter the property. Second, once you squeeze into a place to park, it was tough to find anyone one who can help you get to where you are trying to go, which in my case was the parts department. I'm very disappointed in the services at Grapevine Ford. The lack of integrity at that dealership and the dishonesty. I have never done business at a dealership of this caliber and been misled. Now, I have to file on my insurance pre-existing damage. If not, I have to come out of my pockets roughly 5k. Went back and forth for 2 years with this dealership on a car issue on my new explorer. Went through three different techs and each one was so hard to get information from. My car spent a total of 4 months in the their shop between the multiple visits I had bringing my car in for an issue they could not resolve. One of the worst dealerships I have ever experienced. They are corporate owned so they do not communicate so you'll receive multiple calls from different people asking you different questions not even knowing why they are really calling. They charge insane mark ups on vehicles that tmother nearby Ford dealers are selling at thousands off. They just don't get it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I was planning on buying a 90k+ truck from them and as I was filling out the paperwork they sold it to someone else. Management here doesn't know what's going on and obviously couldn't care less about the customers. Highly recommend to avoid this dealership.

I would never buy a vehicle here again, nor will I let them service my vehicle. Their finance department is brutal. Andrew B is a condescending jerk. I left him a message about how to obtain a refund the dealership owed us. He just refused to respond. I had to put in a fraud claim to get the money. The whole place is terrible. There are plenty of Ford dealerships to buy from and get vehicles serviced.
