Great Service Andrew Shannon in the GV Ford Service Dept took good care of us. The TSB’s on our Ford Explorer were taken care of quickly. I appreciate the free inspection and Express Alignment check. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Best truck purchase I've ever experienced! I've bought many vehicles and this was by far the best purchase ever. Cameron was great to work with and was straight forward and transparent about the whole process. It was worth going to Grapevine. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.

Great service. clean bathrooms, quick to answer. They didn't xxxxxxxx. Got me what I needed within a good time. Got my questions answered thoroughly. Wasn't pressured, got good advice to insure that I got what I needed for my whip. All they want to do is help you find the right ride and are willing to help you the best way they can. The staff was amazing. Good vibes all around. Passionate people who will answer all car questions. Next future car purchase will be from them. 11 Out of 10 stars!

Overall a pleasant experience Personnel from Michael Watkins in sales to Nolan O’Brien in finance were kind and willing to explain everything to me and walk me through the numbers patiently. After dealing with a competitor who just wanted to throw number at me, I appreciated the care these guys took to allow me to understand everything as we went along in the process. Found a diamond in the rough Found a great truck online at cars.com, made a simple inquiry and within a day was contacted by the dealer and got to test drive the vehicle. It's in great condition and got it for a song. Probably the best car purchasing experience that I've ever had.
