Found a diamond in the rough Found a great truck online at cars.com, made a simple inquiry and within a day was contacted by the dealer and got to test drive the vehicle. It's in great condition and got it for a song. Probably the best car purchasing experience that I've ever had.

Overall a pleasant experience Personnel from Michael Watkins in sales to Nolan O’Brien in finance were kind and willing to explain everything to me and walk me through the numbers patiently. After dealing with a competitor who just wanted to throw number at me, I appreciated the care these guys took to allow me to understand everything as we went along in the process. Buying a car was an enjoyable and easy process.

Great Service at Grapevine Ford Aaron McBride was my service technician and he was awesome! Aaron is very professional and detailed. We went over the list of items I wanted checked or repaired and he did them all. He sent me text messages with updates and the work was completed in a very timely manner. I am very happy with Aaron McBride and Grapevine Ford and would highly recommend their service department.
