Great Experience Great all around buying experience! Reasonably quick, fairly easy and the entire staff was super friendly. Ask for Jason McBee to get you in your next new Ford!

Best service I have never bought a car before and was very nervous about the process. Mathew Bracken and Cameron Martin made it ridiculously easy. They were kind and so helpful. When I decide to purchase a car again, I’d go straight to Grapevine Ford.

Still forgetting to fill washer fluid! The service advisors were nice and attentive as always. Made sure I was up to date on what preventative maintenance was needed or coming up. This trip was the third time in a row that the washer fluid wasn’t topped off. It’s a minor thing, but just seems like attention to detail is lacking a bit.

Awesome experience!!!! We live 3.5 hours away and delt with Domenic by phone and email for a few days to work out the deal and pre-approval. They had the truck we wanted and we got it for the terms we wanted. We were in and out in about 2.5 hours and couldn't be happier. I think this was the least time consuming automotive purchase I've made. Kudos to the sales and finance staff! Sorry I live so far away that the service department isn't in my future.

Bought a new car Buying process was fast. They got me a good rate and didn’t hassle me when I declined extended warranty which is very different from previous buying experiences.

Recall and 50,000 mile service Jody McPhail was my service writer. She was very professional and knowledgeable in what r 50,000 service maintenance included. She worked with me to get the best price in including coupons available. She has a very pleasant manner and was eager to answer any questions my husband or I had. Thank you Jody!

Front end work Jason Scaff handled my service appointment. I couldnt ask for any better customer service. He was very helpful through the whole process. Im serious when I say I have never had a warranty service experience go so smooth and quickly. It was all customer service. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle at Grapevine Ford!

Clean facilities and friendly service Jason was very professional and courteous as one would expect at this Ford Dealership. The only reason I gave three out of five stars for quality of repair is because I paid for the battery service but while the tech cleaned the battery terminals he did not take an extra couple of minutes to wipe the dirt off the rest of the battery so the whole thing would look clean.
