Great Dealership Buying a car is STRESSFUL, and the costs are astronomical. But given that Grapevine Ford makes it as painless as possible. The service department is top notch, and the staff in general is friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

Impeccable Service I’ve been driving 30-45 minutes to Grapevine Lincoln to get the quality of service I receive. I have not been disappointed yet! Mr. Peter Menchacha is my service guy and when I call he makes things happen. He stayed in contact with my Warranty company so that I wouldn’t come out of more than expected. He made sure I knew about every move being made. I received a loaner car while my car was being serviced and that was a blessing. My car was in the shop during the onset of the Covid-19. Warranty and recall work There seemed to be no awareness of Covid 19 issues. No distancing, no sanitizer, etc. Also, when I picked up my car I was handed my keys. I had to request cars moved so I could get mine out.
