Service just okay Communication with the service person was just okay. When I went to pick up my car the service dept employees had left before closing hours.

15,000 Mile Service - A Since I purchased my 2018 F-150 st Grapevine Ford I have been getting it serviced there. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I receive and the work that gets done. I would highly recommend their Service Center!

Bruce Steele Aaron is my service rep....he is excellent. Always keeps me informed and really cares. He called me 2-3 times a day for the 3 days and gave me up to date detailed info. Shuttle drivers were also very good.

Awesome service As always excellent service and very fast. Waiting facilities are very comfortable and very good cafeteria. Highly recommended and food and beverages are superb. Definitely coming back.

Sales guy- Brian Youngman rocks!! I came in looking for a vehicle after searching DFW and further for a while. Most experiences we not pleasant until stopping at Grapevine Ford. I’ve been a Chevy man forever, but my family needs have changed, so I made the switch and so far my new F-150 XLT 4x4 has been awesome.
