Top Notch Service at Grapevine Ford I knew, based on advance research, that this Ford Taurus repair was going to be difficult and expensive, requiring even a special tool to fix. Great customer service! This was my first service since buying a pre-owned Lincoln. I had to leave town unexpectedly and needed a last minute oil change. This is the first dealership I've ever been to that said they would take a walk in service. Everyone was very nice and professional. When though they are farther away than other Lincoln dealerships, vi will continue to go here.

Excellent Service Jody was fantastic at diagnosing and repairing my vehicle, and the best part was that it was covered entirely under warranty. They put my car in right on my appointment time, my repair service was quickly and efficiently completed, and the customer service was fantastic.

solid dealer I had planned on going to three dealerships to look at the vehicle I wanted. I only made one stop as Grapevine Ford made my situation work negating the need to go elsewhere to look. Andrew, my salesperson came out to the lot to answer my questions and had a no pressure demeanor, which made me more comfortable.
