Front Brakes replaced The service department is excellent and my service writer Andrew Shannon always provides me with excellent customer service. Everything is explained upfront, service is done in a timely manner, my vehicle is washed and Andrew goes out of his way to ensure I am totally satisfied with my experience at Grapevine Ford. My Go-To Service Center I’ve been having my 2012 F-150 serviced here for several years. If I ever have to replace it I’ll be shopping here first. One of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with.

Best service trip in years Grapevine Ford and Aaron McBride were just great during my service trip, I have no complaints whatsoever. They were sooo much better than 5-Star Ford where I bought it, it is hard to describe. I wish I had bought it from them.

Great Experience Aaron McBride, my service advisor, was exceptional. He made sure he understood my concerns and kept me updated on the progress throughout the day. He helped arrange for transportation to and from the office on a schedule that worked for me.
