My Ford Edge’s computer system was working erratic Our service mgr, Bob, was very communicative and made process very easy. We were kept informed of progress throughout. Very good job and hopefully all repairs have taken care of my problems.

Great Service and Fast Turn Around Eddie took care of everything for us that we needed he even got us in a free rental vehicle while our car was getting serviced. This has been one of the best experiences with a car dealer ship I have had. Next time you need your car serviced ask for Eddie at the Grapevine Ford.
New truck shopping Very smooth and comfortable process. A bit of a surprise actually. Brian Youngman did a great job. I would recommend a stop here if your shopping. 5 years ago I had a similar experience with this dealership.

Lube and wheel rotation Every one at the dealership was courteous and professional. I was treated like a valued customer. I am pleased that I selected this shop for the service on my F150 Ford.

Friendly and Fast Service Friendly and fast service. Really appreciated that they offered a shuttle (Lyft) to and from the service shop. Clean facilities, drinks and snacks. Christian was great!
