Bruce Steele Aaron is my service rep....he is excellent. Always keeps me informed and really cares. He called me 2-3 times a day for the 3 days and gave me up to date detailed info. Shuttle drivers were also very good.

Awesome service As always excellent service and very fast. Waiting facilities are very comfortable and very good cafeteria. Highly recommended and food and beverages are superb. Definitely coming back.

Sales guy- Brian Youngman rocks!! I came in looking for a vehicle after searching DFW and further for a while. Most experiences we not pleasant until stopping at Grapevine Ford. I’ve been a Chevy man forever, but my family needs have changed, so I made the switch and so far my new F-150 XLT 4x4 has been awesome. Friendly and helpful service Christian did a great job. Friendly and kept us informed. The repairs fixed the problem. We will bring both Lincolns here for service, and they are not the closest dealer to us.

Great Service and Fast Turn Around Eddie took care of everything for us that we needed he even got us in a free rental vehicle while our car was getting serviced. This has been one of the best experiences with a car dealer ship I have had. Next time you need your car serviced ask for Eddie at the Grapevine Ford.
My Ford Edge’s computer system was working erratic Our service mgr, Bob, was very communicative and made process very easy. We were kept informed of progress throughout. Very good job and hopefully all repairs have taken care of my problems.
