Friendly and Fast Service Friendly and fast service. Really appreciated that they offered a shuttle (Lyft) to and from the service shop. Clean facilities, drinks and snacks. Christian was great!

Great Service! I have been coming to Grapevine Lincoln for 8 years and have always had an excellent service experience. Everyone is very courteous and always give you a warm welcome when you are there. The service center and the waiting area are always clean with snacks to make you feel comfortable while waiting. Peter, my service advisor, is outstanding.!

Grapevine Ford Quick Lane I have had my truck serviced at Grapevine Ford for 4 years now and have only had one time when they couldn’t get me in for service needed in a timely manner. They are great at customer service and their Quick Lane for oil changes is affordable and well quick!
