Great experience It was an excellent experience from the beginning to the end. No high-pressure sales tactics, I got exactly what I was looking for and I will be back for my next vehicle. Honestly, it's kind of refreshing. I walk into almost every dealership buying scenario ready to haggle "do the dance". For once, I didn't have to do that, and it was awesome. So thank you guys.

Smith Christmas Vacation I cannot say enough about how appreciative my entire family is for Service Advisor Aaron McBride and his team, Shuttle Driver Greg Fritz, Service Tech Jose Luis Gonzales, and I believe there is another Service Tech (sorry but I cannot locate your name on the ticket). Wow what a difference buying a new car can be Charles Massey rocks! He was able to work with me to get me into a new corsair. He knew everything about the car, was patient with me, didnt make me feel at their mercy. I felt comfortable, stress level kept going down the further we got into the process. Andrew Boaz was the only reason we stuck around. Andrew Boaz is very knowledgeable and is easy to deal with, no games, just the cold hard facts. We were about to leave if not for Andrew. Other dealers were confused and not as experienced as him.

Kind people but so slow and poor communication Took 4 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hr wait. Had an appointment at 9, not done until 2. Service advisor said apptment was only to speak with her, not for actual repairs. Purpose then of apptment? No communication along the way, kept having to call them back wondering. Wasted half of my day off work, 12/26. But got that oil change FREE! Won't return though unless some coupons or competitive price with Kwik kar and fast places. Customer Everyone was professional and quick with customer service. They had the car we wanted to look at in a private garage and went over the entire cars features before we even test drove it. Super helpful with Getting all the technology set up on the car after we bought it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good car buying experience.
