Took my car in for something very minor I took my car in for something minor and Bob in the service department was extremely helpful and polite. They were able to take my car in before my appointment time since I was early and had everything done in a very reasonable amount of time. Overall the service facility I would rate as excellent

Front Brakes replaced The service department is excellent and my service writer Andrew Shannon always provides me with excellent customer service. Everything is explained upfront, service is done in a timely manner, my vehicle is washed and Andrew goes out of his way to ensure I am totally satisfied with my experience at Grapevine Ford.
