Grapevine Ford 2015 Ford Escape After owning my last Ford for 11 eleven years, it was time to retire it and get a new one. Excellent overall experience I purchased a vehicle from Grapevine Ford this past weekend. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. I felt that both of our sales people - Jeff Kob and Juan Carranza - were honest, straight forward and very helpful throughout the process. I had been to several other dealerships that day and none of them compared to the excellent service at Grapevine Ford. I highly recommend this dealership. Integrity is hard to find these days, but Grapevine Ford has it.

Great Service In Quick Lane Used the Quick Lane Service lane for my first oil change on my 2014 Edge. I was quickly greeted by Service Advisor Forrest McCarty and explained the purpose of my visit.
