Great Service and Facilities Grapevine Ford is awesome. Purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion with everything I wanted at a price I couldn't get anywhere else. My salesman John Willams took care of me from start to finish and made it feel like a great buying experience and assured me that I will be taken care of from now on with anything I need for my new car. I definitely recommend looking around for pricing but I bet you won't find a better deal then Grapevine Ford.

Great Service! Great Service department! I have been using it for 5 years. Previous ownership could not be recommended but since Grapevine Ford took over every experience has been better than expected. The service brought me back for another purchase and this purchase experience was the best I've had. Great people!

Best Service for Real I went to another Lincoln dealership that told me they could not help me unless I spent a great deal of money. I did not purchase my Lincoln from a Lincoln dealership but was referred by my purchasing dealership to go to Grapevine Lincoln which I did. My service advisor, RANDY MCCONNELL is the greatest.
