RecommendedGriswold has Qualified coordinators that are good listeners when it comes down to the care that's needed. They are very professional , patient and work hard to provide quality care. The staff treats the caregivers with respect and that makes the job better when providing care. I've enjoyed being part of the team since I've been in San Antonio.

Additionally, the support/administrative staff are efficient and responsive. I can not speak highly enough about the services they provided. Inconsistent caregivers from shift to shift. Some were not trained very well and one was disrespectful when asked to do the diaper and cleaning my wife the correct way. Frequently tardy to start the shift and 'no show' without notification. Overall the staff was unresponsive to our requests and seemed to let the caregiver dictate when they would work.
