Overall a great experience. Think there is need for extra staff to cover when someone doesnt show up. It is quite frustrating to have to cover for no shows when we are not trained to do the job that we are paying you to do. Enjoyed getting to know a bunch of people as they provided service to us. Much prefer having same people since we are comfortable with them. The patient feels trust more important than just a body to fill the job.

By and large, it was a good experience. My caregivers did a good job taking care of my husband. It was not a good experience when caregivers did not show up for work. And as long as they notified the office they were free to take off any time leaving me to deal with someone new and perhaps an inexperienced person. Other than that, the experience was okay.

Overall was a great experience with with the staff and the caregivers.
