Everyone was very helpful ,a few did not leave the room when I had company . One person was rather loud and annoying. Call me if you wish , but as a whole everybody did their best ,, good humored , easy to talk to .

Excellent customer service and care. Above and beyond my expectations for timeliness on placing caregivers in home. All care givers were patient and compassionate in their care and provided companionship and personal care with kindness.

6 years of caregiving led us down many roads. Luz was fantastic- professional, caring, prompt, and communicative. Of course, the biggest strike against Griswold will always be when you sent a new caregiver and she stole my Dad's wife's wedding ring and tried to pawn it. This is why we never hired another Griswold caregiver. Please pay your staff more so they are not so tempted.

Angel was by far the best caregiver i ever had. She was very professional and knew more things than any other caregiver i had. So many come here and spend time on there phone. Thank you Mason for also being so awesome. Deb
