I was charged for a tire rotation that was not done per the invoice print out. I questioned and service rep said she would have it credited.. Service manager called before I returned home, I have left him two messages and NO response. I have TRUSTED Groove to perform work on my car since I purchased, but now I doubt I will return. I drive up from the Springs as I have in the past been satisfied with the help and service I have received.

After 3 appointments, I came with a quote off the internet of $411. and change. I also had a coupon for 10% off. Total should've been around $360.00. Total bill paid $457.02. They rotated tires they did not tell me about up front, rotating tires is $100.00? It's like you upped the bill to cover loses!

Front desk girl is VERY rude at the service center. All other staff is great. When you call she is blunt and rude. If it weren’t for her, I would’ve rated higher.

Oil change what did not include filling up windshield washer fluid or radiator. Cap to light was not fastened. Intake Vent wasn’t affixed either.

Brought my car in prior to warranty expiration. The transmission issues and clicking sound with turning was never fixed. Got my car back with grease marks and the AC stopped working after their work. Called right when I picked it up to notify and get a plan to fix the AC, but no call back. The whole experience changed my mind about Groove. My warranty is now expired. I spent almost $1000 and will trade in elsewhere.
