I tried for several days to work out a deal with Nate and Gwinnett Place Ford. I made several cash offer that was never countered of anything. Clearly this is not the same Gwinnett Place Ford it was several years ago when buying a truck was a pleasant experience.

Dealers here are now self-entitled due to the fact that the car prices are at an all-time high. No one seems to care about a single customer now and they will ignore you when trying to get a single question answered. Do not bother coming to this god-forsaken dealership if you want any kind of service. Especially do not inquire to Felicia or Bryant. I've never had worse experience in a service industry.

I had a terrible experience with one of the sale people. The internet manager has straighted everything out, but it was an awful experience. I was told the wrong price for a vehicle and was given incorrect information about my CPO transfer. My saleperson stated that he was too busy to work with me. I requested another sales person and so far so good. We will see if I purchase the car from them or not.

The sale was good. Geo was very helpful and got me done quickly. However a lead pipe went through my windshield the very next day. Geo had me come to the dealership to drop it off for repair. It was going to be four days before the new windshield was coming in. I needed a vehicle which in my last experience the dealership would get you a loaner. I wish there was a negitive number I could use to rate this service department. My son called last week and set an appointment for today at 9AM for a brake inspection and possibly replace the brake pads as he has just started hearing a squeak (not a grind yet). He arrive on time and, after waiting for a while, asked if he could go home and get some sleep (works 3rd shift)and would they call him when the brake pads were replaced. Everything was good until i signed the paperwork for the vehicle. Once that happened they have not done their jobs, jerked me around, and straight up lied to me which i have documented via text message. "LT"was the sales person i dealt with. Terrible experience, I would never give this place my business again, and i would recommend if you want to avoid a headache shop elsewhere.

Gwinnett Place Ford let me leave with a defective and broken car. They put my life in danger by not taking care of their manufacturer defect with the transmission. The transmission has been replaced 3 times and the car is part of a class action lawsuit. Ford has admitted fault, but has refused to put me in a new vehicle.
