Worst Dealership ever I have read people's reviews on this dealership and everything they say it's exactly what they are doing to me. Second time bad experience We are Nissan Fans and proudly owned different models. 13 years ago we bought our first Nissan Altima from this place but back then it was a different place. In last few years this place has dipped down completely in customer service. In recent years we have owned 2 different models of Nissan but none was purchased from Gwinnett Place Nissan. Second bad experience Went to purchase a part that over phone I was told that only nissan parts would work on nissan cars nissan part 334 dollars , advanced auto parts 122 see the big difference . BAD thing is when nissan sale the part to you they never mention that your not able to get your money back . Had part less than 24hours they wouldn't refund my 334 dollars horrible but auto zone or advanced auto will highway robbery . Waste of time!! Playing games , high prices So we had gone to the Nissan dealership on Thursday just to take a look at the cars. we were more interested In 2016 Rogue but they basically falsely advertised a good deal to get us Intrested in a new 2017 model, which they claimed with the did the discounts would be a sick deal, reasonably close to the used car but they didn't have the color we wanted in the lot. Bad Taste and Bad customer Service IF I could give this place a Zero stars I would. The staff do not think about their customers. They promise things and then do NOT follow up on the things promised. They "Want to earn your business" then they leave you alone and not return calls. After 3 days of calls and leaving 3 messages a day for various people got one call back from someone who I hadn't called. Worst experience ever. Worst experience I have ever had, I went through the whole purchase process only to have them take the car back. I have a 660 credit score and my husband has a six figure income. I had to fight to get them to give me my down payment back and the keys to my trade in. .....DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.... they pulled my credit 25 times = 25 inquiries making it so I could not get approved any where else. Part 2 of My Review from 12/7/16 First off let me say everything I felt the day I wrote that fist review was true and I still say my sales team I named was great. BUT THE DEALERSHIP IS ANOTHER ISSUE. The salesman was great (Brandon Calvin) but the rest was all down hill. Horrible Communication I purchased a vehicle from out of state. I knew the process would take more time since I was not there in person, but I was assured it would be a quick and easy process. The communication was horrible - I was constantly told incorrect information and I would always have to call the dealership for updates. It was very seldom that they would reach out to me. Honestly, go to a different Nissan dealership Never sent my pay off check to my old financing company after I traded my car in for more than a month. Ran credit checks after I had already signed a contract and caused my credit to go down. Trying to get in contact with anyone there is exhausting, and almost everyone you deal with on the phone will cut you off, throw you on hold, and forward you to a voicemail. Then no one will call you back. Not worth the hassle, just go to literally any other dealership.
