There were time elevators weren’t working. Cleanliness is average.
Zimmer insbesondere der Teppich waren extrem schmutzig (ekelhaft). Einrichtungen teilweise schon kaputt, keine Ahnung warum man Kaution zahlen muss. Nur zwei Auszüge bei 27 Stockwerken, ständig sehr lange Wartezeiten um hoch oder runter zu fahren. Fahrstühle funktionieren teilweise nicht. Sind oft die 14 Etagen gelaufen. Frühstücksraum sehr klein, wenig Auswahl. Das Personal ist ansonsten hilfsbereit und freundlich.
El hotel es chico, no es cómodo, tanto las áreas comunes como la habitación. En los horarios pico es difícil conseguir un ascensor o conseguir lugar para desayunar, tenés que esperar que se desocupen. Para tomar un ascensor tenés que tener paciencia y en ocasiones utilizábamos las escaleras por la excesiva demora. Eramos 4 y la habitación es muy chica. Stayed at this hotel last night and had a horrible experience when we first arrived, the room smelled like dirty wet, laundry, my 10 year-old daughter woke up from her nap she found a blood stain under the sheets. They clearly had not been changed from the previous guest. Upon entering the bathroom, I found a rapper to a pad which clearly means they hadn’t even taken out the trash. The staff was OK. For a Hampton by Hilton hotel, I was expecting more—especially considering the price I paid. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Let’s start with the fact that the lift clearly needed repairs, better lighting, and a serious cleaning. The room size was decent, but it reeked like something had died in there. There were no toiletries provided besides a basic bar of soap and body shower. And the breakfast? An absolute joke.
Other than the location, the stay was nit great. The property is old, needs rehabs, the toilet clogged twice, the room is very snug. I couldn't wait to leave this hotel.
