The staff is not friendly. They sound like they're yelling. Elevators can break down at any time. Once, we walked down the 25th floor with our two little children. Waffle maker is always broken at breakfast. breakfast is very poor. We just spent 3 days with cream cheese. Insects are crawling in hotel rooms. The air conditioners are broken, either blowing very cold or blowing hot suddenly. The only good thing about the hotel is its price and location. They also kept our luggage on the last day. Hello - I booked a hotel for my Aunt (55 ) and my cousin and they had a terrible experience. One of the two elevators was not working. She was on the 9th floor and had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive. Many times the single elevator would be packed and she would have to wait for a long time to catch one. She recently had knee surgery and constantly waiting for teh elevator left her knee in a pretty painful state.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. The carpet and sheets were dirty. There was no overnight housekeeping and I had to wait two hours for a toothbrush and clean sheets. There is also no manager to talk to for two days. The surrounding area is unsafe as there are a lot of homeless.

Not impressed Only one Elevator was working the whole weekend, having to wait 15-20min each time to go up or down is not ideal! Our floors ice machine was broken on top of it. I asked for my room to be cleaned and was only cleaned one day out of the 3 days there. Not impressed

Elevator not working and we had to take stairs from 8th Floor, very small rooms, valet parking is hassel too.
