The good thing: The staff was very friendly. Location: good, close to time square. Two elevators, but only one was working. It was 8am and we(family of 4) had to let the elevator pass 4 times when we could finally fit very tightly with other 4 people. We were on the 25th floor, carrying luggage down the stairs was going to be very difficult. Some people were using the stairs because the wait for the elevator was becoming insanely long. Checked into a room with a one bed for 3 people, shower was handicap accessible, toilet didn't refill so we used the hand held shower to refill, phone didn't work in the room, room wasn't ready upon arrival even though it was after check in, the area around the hotel 39th street didn't feel safe, didn't know which rooms had 1 bed or 2 beds, 32 stories with two elevators making it difficult for people to get up and down so clogging up the lobby area with people waiting for elevators, breakfast area was crowded and dirty as it... read more
Sehr schlechtes frühstück kommt man um 8 uhr nach unten zum frühstück hat man pech und bekommt kein platz geschweige denn was zu essen es wird kaum was nachgefüllt . Sauberkeit des zimmers lässt zu wünschen übrig für den preis katastrophal.
O Pior Hampton que já fiquei. Hotel velho, falta de limpeza no quarto, quando chegamos ainda tinha comida do hóspede anterior no frigobar, alguns dias sem serviço de quarto mesmo sendo solicitado e café da manhã lotado, uma bagunça!
Tenias que estar rogando por papel higienico, los dispensadores de shampoo para cuerpo y cabello vacíos, el área del comedor muy pequeño y las llaves de la habitación la bloqueaban cada 2 días
Room was not in a good condition, drain was clogged, shower head was broken, water was out during the morning in the first day.
人手がないとかで3泊したのに清掃に入ってくれず、３日めにこちらから催促してタオル類、トイレットペーパー持ってきてもらった。 朝食は毎日代わり種類もあり美味しくてよかった。 外で食べればとにかく高いニューヨーク凄く助かりました。
