No hacen la limpeza del cuarto
I had problems with the charges because they made me undue charges And the restrooms facilities were inappropriate. The curtains was to short and the floor were wet all times.
The toilet was obviously broken and hanging by a thread The shower was too narrow forving you to stand sideways to shower The breakfast stations served bland food
It took forever to be given a room. We were split into 2 rooms instead of 1 large room. We were made to pay again to be given rooms because we were told that Expedia did not remit the money we paid to the hotel. It was embarrassing. Inconvenient and humiliating
Hospedagem sofrível Café da manhã sofrível, tendo como padrão aquele servido nos hotéis do Brasil. No período de 12 dias, o quarto só foi arrumado em dois dias. Hotel recebe caravanas de escolas e não tem estrutura suficiente para suportar a quantidade de pessoas. Tumulto e falta de mesas no café da manhã. Apenas dois elevadores para atender 31 andares. Não recomendo!!!
