Worst hotel I've ever stayed in Front desk staff very unfriendly , had to wait for room to be so called cleaned , old looking hotel, rust on doorways, carpet coming off the floor, just was not an inviting look, not what I expected, very overrated for the price

I didn't enjoy it At all. The noise level was horrible and the pillows uncomfortable. The ac was loud each time I clicked on. I was not impressed at all especially for the price.

Highly deceived. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend for extensive stay

The room was large and comfortable except the mattress actually squeeked when you laid on it and the air conditioner never completely cooled off the room.

Booooooooo! Poor maintenance in our room. Have stayed in road side no tell motels that have a better maintenance plan. All faucets dripped, no pop up in sink, "premium" cable channels non existence. Few channels but most very fuzzy. Had better cable in lock up. Won't recommend this resort and will probably steer clear of Greenville all together. So sad, was really looking forward to our stay. Overall the hotel was nice but the A/C unit needs to be replaced. The two non-smoking rooms I reserved had a stale smell. I brought my cleaning and air freshener spray to refresh the rooms.

Smoky hotel with great service The hotel accommodations are great. Rooms are large as is the bathroom. The only downfall is the smoke. You smell smoke as soon as you walk through the doors. Rooms are nonsmoking but being allergic to smoke, I could smell it on the 3rd floor. I'm guessing smoking was allowed at some point in the past. The staff is awesome and tends to your every need.
