These guys are great! We had new windows and sliders put in, love them! HOWEVER, contractor (not one of their guys) hadn't put in the little plugs to finish off the look. I contacted James at Harvey Building and he was happy to help....he had all the missing plugs shipped to me and all was said and done in less than two weeks! They really stand by their products, I took pics of the missing plugs and labels and he followed thru....we are very happy with these guys! Highly recommend! GREAT Customer Service!
