9 years ago I put Harvey replacement windows throughout my house. I recently discovered that two had lost their seal. After calling Harvey's warranty department the two were placed on ordered to be replaced at no cost to me. Dennis was extremely helpful in locating my original order and identifying the size of the windows. I am very pleased with this interaction. In addition I am extremely pleased with the performance of the Harvey windows after nine years.

This was a great experience for me. My repair time frame was 12 noon to 4PM. I got a call at 12:05 saying the crew was 15 minutes out. They arrived at 12:20 and were finished by 12:50. I did not waste a day as I expected from past experience with the cable company. The crew was competent and focused and made the job look easy. Gratitude **** *

He checked all the doors and windows with me 1 by 1 to ensure I am happy with the product. Customer service is key for me, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me in the entire process. I would definitely refer him and Harvey products to my friends and family. I wouldn’t change brands no matter what. We bought a brand new house and no questions asked they came out to check all the doors and windows without any back and forth with me. Thank you!

My wife and I started to remodel our home , the contractor suggested using Harvey replacement windows , he told us we would be happy with the product. The replacement windows are amazing , quality, appearance and ease of use for my wife to open and close and clean. My review is not only about the product, but their customer service. I have had Harvey windows for many years. I called customer service because one of the windows had developed spots in the glass. I spoke with Bill. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and ordered it for me while I was on the phone with him.

The installer was very courteous and professional even after a 5 hour drive for a 10 minute job to replace a defective panel. We would have no issue having him work in our home again. Other than three defective panels(the shades jammed & wouldn’t move) we have been extremely happy with the quality of the product and it’s installation. Dennis at Harvey was an excellent and very professional customer service rep. He answered all of my questions, happily offered to sent free replacement parts for my 20 year old windows and gave me the name of someone to do the repair for me. I am extremely appreciative of his help.

A couple of our windows needed to be replaced after many years. I was not looking forward to the process whatsoever. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with dealing with the representatives at Harvey. Both individuals, Jim and Ryan, were extremely helpful, personable, and highly efficient.
