I needed some replacement parts for my windows and Gene B****** was very helpful. It's very reassuring to be able to get free replacement parts for 20 year old windows.
House was 13 years old and we are the 2nd owners. One of the windows needed to be replaced because of moisture in between the double panes and 8 other windows weren’t locking properly. I called about the warranty and they asked for information on the warranty label. We had Harvey double hung windows installed 12 years ago. One of the window sashes seal broke. After contacting Harvey customer service we were relieved that our warranty was still good. The new sash is now installed. We are very pleased with the way our problem was handled by Harvey and especially Jennifer in their customer service department.
