We ordered a screen from the company. I want to recommend dealing with Kaitlin L****** in customer service. The original screen was lost in shipping. Katie was there to reorder the screen and follow up to make sure we received it. They should be happy to have her as an outstanding employee. The only person we will deal with going forward is Katie.
I called about replacing a few windows that were fogged, and Zachary was very helpful in getting this done under warranty. All we had to do was send pictures of the window and the warranty tag- very easy. Four stars for now because we haven't actually received the window yet, but I am very pleased that Harvey stands behind their windows.

I had Harvey Windows come out to service a casement window. Technician was on time, work was top notch he went above and beyond. Great people to do business with. Highly recommend this company.
Harvey windows backs there product ! Had few bubbles in the window and found that it was a gas leak in the window from the argon gas ! Called Harvey’s building company main number and spoke to a gentleman zachery who went above and beyond to get me a new window made ! He was very friendly and attentive !! Just sent a pic of window damage and the sticker on the window ! Zachery was great 10 years the window was put in and they still backed it ! Harvey windows forever !!! Can’t beat them !!

Hello. We have replaced 20 windows in our house. All Harvey. They have been in for 5 years now. We had one issue about a year after where the seal just let go inside. I called up and they were very helpful. Got me the new window right away. And just this year I noticed a crack in one window when I was cleaning them. Again no problem. Called and spoke with Chris.
