Harvey Customer Service was professional and responsive. I had an issue with the seal on a bedroom window. Within days of my initial email, the issue was resolved, and the lifetime warranty was honored. I was kept up to date every step of the way and my custom window will be ready in two weeks. No one likes to have home issue problems, but the Harvey customer service specialist was terrific. (Thanks Jennifer)
I had an issue with seal failure on a few windows and customer service was very helpful in getting them replaced as they were under warranty after many years. They could not have been more accommodating and I would recommend the product as they stand by it.

The seal on one pane my bow window had broken. Ryan G***, the Harvey rep, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Although my window was no longer under warranty, Ryan promptly made arrangements to replace it at s reasonable price. Really gives me peace of mind owning Harvey products.
Best customer experience I’ve ever had. Having two windows that lost seal in between the glass I honestly thought it was going to be hard submitting a warranty claim, 15 minutes later I was done. Customer service was a pleasure to work with and this solidifies any future window job just won Harveys business.

Best warranty on the planet. Twenty years is unheard of but Harvey stands by their product. I just replaced a faulty window after 15 years. Everyone in the coffee shop heard about it this morning.

We have quite a large number of Harvey windows. It has been 4 years since completion of the new phase. A seal and two pivot pins failed. Not bad for the number of units we have. Jennifer at Customer Experience worked with us to identify and follow through on the warranty issues. The parts are on order and i have informed our residents of the scheduled replacement.
