I am amazed & thrilled! I called Harvey and a very kind gentleman, Bill saved me! I have a window that was put in about 23 years ago & the pivot bar was broken & he sent me the pieces at no charge!
i needed a new pivot bar, for a window which was installed for a prior homeowner in the 90s, and Harvey sent me two sets (L and R) at no charge. it is nice they stand behind their products from 20+ years ago.
