Technician was very polite and respectful explained what the problem was and made the repairs.
We needed a few replacement parts installed and Eric was great. He was super friendly, did the work very quickly, and was right on time.
Harvey Building Products really do stand by their windows , etc. My windows are out of the warranty period and they will still sent me parts and glass with very reasonable prices because I am the original purchaser of them.
Great customer service. My windows are 23 years old. One of my windows wasn’t closing properly. The person determined that I needed a pivot bar. He indicated that he will send a couple of pivot bars at no cost since the parts have a lifetime guarantee. He also referred me to a video that explained how to install the pivot bar. I was very pleased with my experience. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and courteous.
What a breeze it was to get replacement parts for my windows! I was dreading the car and was beyond pleasantly surprised. Chris in customer service is awesome.

This is my third project with Harvey Windows, and I am pleased with the quality, the look of the windows, the options available, and the price. My only criticism is that the screens are very loosely installed, and they ripple in the wind. If Harvey could just tighten up their screens, the windows would be perfect!
