Reached out to Harvey Building Products about 3 weeks ago with a window warranty issue. They're customer service representative Kenneth promptly responded to my email. He was able to handle my issue quickly and provide me a new sash for for my Harvey window that had a fractured glass panel with ease. We recently built a new home and decided to go with Harvey Windows. A few of our screens got damaged during shipping. Harvey sent David from the Field Service Department. He came out and assessed the damage and said that he would come back in April once the weather was better. (It was in the 20's that day!). We didn't even have to wait until April. I've had my Harvey windows for twelve years, and continue to marvel at the quality. Give 'em a wash and they're just like new! Recently contacted Bill in Customer service in Londonderry, who was able to look up my windows and order a new sash. After this many years, I am impressed not only by the quick service, but especially with their strong data system. When anyone asks would I recommend Harvey for replacement windows, I give a ringing endorsement. Well done, people!
Outstanding produce with outstanding customer service. This is our third home with Harvey windows and I wouldn't buy anything else. When one sash failed, I called and Dennis B******* answered on the second ring - no recorded messages with options to choose. He asked me some questions and told me the replacement would be ready in about three weeks. He was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
