I am giving Harvey windows and their customer service 5 stars. I had a seal issue with one of my windows and emailed the company on a friday to find out if it was under warranty. Monday morning there was already an email there from Kenneth L********* saying that it is under warranty and gave me instructions on what to do. He answered all my questions promptly and ordered a new window sash for me. I highly recommend them.

We purchase windows and doors from Harvey. Our inside sales rep is Bill C****. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is great with parts for widows when customers need replacement parts for older windows. He can answer any questions we have and follows our orders from ordering to delivery. My wife and I purchased a building with over 30 Harvey Windows installed. Some of them showing signs of wear due to years of use (they appear to be 10+ years old). I contacted Harvey to get information on some replacement parts, and was overwhelmed with the support and attention we got. I had new Harvey vinyl windows (3 double rolling & 1 triple rolling) installed in my condo in October 2018. After the installation was complete, I noticed that the mechanism to hold the screens in place for the triple rolling window was unexpectedly different than the 3 double rolling windows. After a lot of communicating back and forth, a solution to fix the screen issue was proposed and then implemented. Harvey windows are the best on the market. I have 25 year old Harveys in a rental house that still operate perfectly. A tenant broke 4 pivot pins. I contacted Harvey and they sent me replacements. They really stand behind their products.
